Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or purchasing any services from
Motion Edges.
Agreement
These Terms & Conditions are entered into by and between you and Motion Edges (“Company”, “we” or
“us”). By using https://www.motionedges.com (the “Website”) or purchasing any of our services, you
agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do
not use our Website or services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services
after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes
Services Provided
Motion Edges is a professional video editing agency that provides video editing, color grading, sound
design, motion graphics, and related video production services to clients worldwide.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Ownership of Final Deliverables: You (the client) own all final videos and files we deliver once payment is
made in full. We do not provide working files such as project files (.prproj, .aep, or similar formats).
Your License to Us: By submitting video footage, images, audio, or any other materials to Motion Edges
for editing, you represent that:
You own all rights to the materials or have permission to use them
You are at least 18 years old
The materials do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
You grant Motion Edges a non-exclusive license to use, edit, and process your materials solely for the purpose of delivering your requested services.
Portfolio Use: By default, you grant Motion Edges the right to use completed projects in our portfolio,
social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer to keep your project confidential, please notify us in
writing at raheelgul@motionedges.com before project delivery.
Stock Media: If your project includes stock footage, music, or graphics provided by Motion Edges
through licensed services (such as Getty Images, Artlist, or similar), these assets are licensed specifically
for use in your final video. Individual stock files will not be provided separately.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide all necessary materials (footage, logos, brand guidelines, music preferences) in accessible
formats - Provide clear project instructions and feedback
- Review delivered files promptly and notify us of any errors or required changes
- Ensure all materials provided do not violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws
- You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of all materials you provide to Motion
Edges.
Fees & Payment
Payment Terms: All fees must be paid in full as specified during the ordering process. We accept
payment via credit card, PayPal, or other methods specified on our Website. Payment is due before
project delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Subscription Services: If you subscribe to a recurring service plan, you authorize Motion Edges to charge your payment method automatically on each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually) until you cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us at raheelgul@motionedges.com. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to services through the end of
your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
Refund Policy: Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of payment for
first-time clients. To qualify for a refund, you must have provided clear project direction and timely
feedback. After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable. Promotional offers, upgrades, and add-ons are
non-refundable.
Project Delivery & Revisions
Delivery Timeline: Project delivery times vary based on complexity and current workload. Estimated
delivery times will be communicated during the order process. While we strive to meet all deadlines,
Motion Edges is not liable for delays caused by technical issues, incomplete client materials, or
circumstances beyond our control.
Revisions: Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your service
package. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra fees.
File Formats: Final videos will be delivered in standard formats (.mp4, .mov, or as specified) via Google
Drive, Dropbox, or another agreed-upon file transfer method.
Proofing Responsibility: Upon delivery, you must review all files for errors or omissions and notify us immediately if corrections are needed. While we strive for accuracy, Motion Edges is not liable for losses
or expenses resulting from errors that were not reported for correction within 7 days of delivery.
Confidentiality
Motion Edges maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client materials and business information. We
will not share your project files, footage, or business information with any third parties except as
necessary to deliver services (such as cloud storage providers) or as required by law.
All service providers we work with are bound by confidentiality agreements. For more details, please

Account Security
If you create an account on our Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at raheelgul@motionedges.com if you suspect any
unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Limitation of Liability
Services Provided “As Is”: Motion Edges services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind,
express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Website or services.
Limitation of Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motion Edges shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total
liability under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service
giving rise to the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
Prohibited Use
You may not use Motion Edges services for:
- Illegal purposes or activities
- Creating content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or violates any laws
- Infringing on third-party intellectual property rights
- Harassment, abuse, or harmful conduct toward our team members
- Motion Edges reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for any violation of these terms
or conduct inconsistent with our values.

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites. Motion Edges is not responsible for the content,
privacy practices, or terms of external websites. We encourage you to review the policies of any thirdparty sites you visit.
Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Motion Edges from any claims, damages, or expenses arising

- Materials you provide that infringe third-party rights
- Your use of our services
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable
international commercial laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if
necessary, binding arbitration.
