Do you offer a free trial or sample edit?
Yes. Book a free 30-minute call and we will edit one short sample clip from your footage at no charge so you can see the quality before committing to anything.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contracts. Monthly plans are billed month to month and can be cancelled any time before your next billing date. Pay-as-you-go orders have no commitment at all.
How do I send you my footage?
Share a Google Drive or Dropbox link with your raw clips after booking. Any format works including MP4, MOV, and ProRes. We handle the rest.
What if I need more than the plan allows?
You can add extra videos or reels at any time at the per-video rate. Or upgrade to the next tier if your volume increases consistently.
